Before you request deletion
A few
things
to know.
- 01Settle any outstanding obligation and save records you may need.
- 02Account access and features will no longer be available after deletion.
- 03Deletion does not cancel an unpaid or otherwise unresolved obligation.
How data is handled
Deleted where possible. Retained where required.
Deletion applies to account data that is no longer needed. It does not override legal, regulatory, security or contractual record-keeping requirements.

Does deletion cancel money I still owe?
No. Any outstanding amount remains payable according to the final credit agreement.
Can I use the account after deletion?
No. Access to the deleted account and its in-app history will no longer be available.
Will every record disappear immediately?
Not always. Records required for law, regulation, security, accounting, disputes or an unresolved obligation may be retained.
Can I create another account later?
Future account availability depends on the service rules, identity checks and eligibility requirements in effect at that time.
