  3. 03Deletion does not cancel an unpaid or otherwise unresolved obligation.

After identity and account checks, personal information will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Certain records may be retained where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or an unresolved financial obligation.

Does deletion cancel money I still owe?

No. Any outstanding amount remains payable according to the final credit agreement.

Can I use the account after deletion?

No. Access to the deleted account and its in-app history will no longer be available.

Will every record disappear immediately?

Not always. Records required for law, regulation, security, accounting, disputes or an unresolved obligation may be retained.

Can I create another account later?

Future account availability depends on the service rules, identity checks and eligibility requirements in effect at that time.
